Everton picked up a point on the road against Hull City on Sunday afternoon.
Although Thierno Barry scored in the 2-2 draw in Humberside, he was very wasteful and missed some really good chances.
Everton should’ve come away with all three points, and David Moyes will no doubt be critical of Barry when he assesses the game.
Moyes will have to take some responsibility himself as the last five or so minutes proved that Tyler Dibling should’ve started the game, or at the very least, come on earlier.
Here’s what Everton fans had to say about Dibling’s cameo on social media.

Everton fans baffled by Tyler Dibling’s lack of minutes after super cameo vs Hull
Despite a positive international break with England under-21s, Dibling was once again reduced to a bit-part role for Everton and only got a handful of minutes off the bench.
The 20-year-old still made a good impact, and Toffees supporters were full of praise for the £40m man on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Dibling looked good here. Nice and direct, causing issues. Baffling he doesn’t get more minutes!”
“Dibling just has to be in the team ahead of Johnson…”
“Hackney and Dibling need to be involved more, both looked bright coming on.”
“Dibling did more in 10 minutes than Johnson did in 60 minutes!”
“How do you watch Tyler Dibling and willingly choose Brennan Johnson over him?”
“No surprise that Dibling looked the most likely to make something happen.”
“Dibling has to start. Did more in 5 than Jack & George all game.”
“On a side note, Dibling has to start next week.”
Looking at his Sofascore statistics, it’s clear that Dibling offers something different to Brennan Johnson as he can commit defenders and drive the team forward.
10 minutes played
8 touches
2 progressive carries
22.9m total progression
1 cross
1 ground duel won
Dibling has much more quality on the ball and can create space by dribbling past opponents and taking them out of the game.
Had he come on earlier, the Toffees may have carved out many more chances to find the winner and secure the three points.
