INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Colts look to win their third-straight game on Sunday as they play the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Colts owner & CEO Carlie Irsay-Gordon has been a hot topic this week as she was shown taking notes and talking to Colts coaches in London.

Former Colts head coach Chuck Pagano said the NFL world is “absolutely” making too big of a deal about the situation.

“For myself, for all the Colts fans, we’re used to this,” Pagano said. “We’re used to seeing Carlie down on the sidelines. We’re used to seeing her involved. As far back as I can remember, she was always in the office, in the facility, trying to learn as much football as she could, asking questions, not only on the football side, on the personnel side. She was always preparing herself for the moment that her and her sisters were going to take over this job. It happened much sooner than we all anticipated or wanted with the passing of the great Mr. Jim Irsay. So just optics-wise, it just doesn’t look clean to everybody else, but I love what she’s doing.”

This is Irsay-Gordon’s second season as the Colts owner & CEO.

The Colts are set to kick off against the Steelers at 1 p.m. on Sunday
