The Argentine is arguably the greatest footballer of all time, and he knows better than anyone how to become a superstar from a very young age.
Messi named Max Dowman as one of the 10 future stars on his list. That is an incredible compliment for the 16-year-old Arsenal sensation, who is destined for greatness.
Along with Dowman, an Arsenal target has also made Messi’s list, and he is definitely one to keep an eye on going forward.

Lionel Messi names Arsenal target Gilberto Mora in his top 10 wonderkids list
Arsenal are constantly on the lookout for young players who have the potential to become superstars in the future.
The Gunners have invested heavily on that front. The likes of Edwin and Holger Quintero, Andrea Bartishvili, Victor Ozhianvuna, Igor Tyjon and Vincent Joseph have all been brought in.
Andrea Berta doesn’t want to stop there. He has his eyes on several other players from across the globe, and one of them is Gilberto Mora.
El Porvenir revealed recently that Arsenal have started talks with Club Tijuana to sign their 17-year-old starlet, who is attracting interest from several top clubs in Europe. Real Madrid, Barcelona, Liverpool, Borussia Dortmund and Benfica are all keen to sign him.
Mora has a $28 million (£21m) release clause included in his contract at Tijuana, and he is represented by super agent Rafaela Pimenta, who is also Erling Haaland’s agent.
The teenager will enter the final two years of his contract at the end of this season, and the expectation is that he will be signed by a big club at that point.
However, now that he has received an endorsement from the great Lionel Messi in his video for Adidas, that transfer could happen a lot sooner.
Arsenal are in conversations to strike a deal for Mora, and if they really want him, they should be looking to snap him up as early as January. Otherwise, there is a risk of losing him to another big club.
