Eagles running back Will Shipley suffered a partial tear of his plantar fascia during Sunday’s 19-17 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars and could miss multiple weeks, according to reports Monday from NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero and ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Shipley started in London with Saquon Barkley sidelined by a hamstring injury and Tank Bigsby on injured reserve. His departure left Philadelphia without its top three running backs and forced Dameon Pierce into the primary role.
