Walker IV will hit free agency as the Nuggets push through with a week to go before the new NBA season.
Lonnie Walker IV leaves Nuggets after training camp deal
Lonnie Walker IV signed a one-year, $3.3 million deal with the Denver Nuggets this past offseason.
Both sides agreed on a training camp contract, as Walker IV accepted the chance to return to the NBA.
However, Walker IV has not played that much for the Nuggets this preseason. He logged only 8.5 minutes in the team's first two preseason games against the Utah Jazz and did not play in Denver's 133-128 home win over the Chicago Bulls on Sunday.
