Minor NFL Transactions: 10/12/26

Here are Monday’s minor moves:

Buffalo Bills

Signed from practice squad: CB Anthony Kendall

Released: OLB Mike Danna

Elevated: DL Phidarian Mathis, WR Trent Sherfield

Cincinnati Bengals

Placed on IR: LB Swayze Bozeman

Claimed off waivers (from Jaguars): LB Jack Kiser

Cleveland Browns

Signed off Vikings’ practice squad: RB Audric Estime

Houston Texans

Kansas City Chiefs

Placed on IR: WR Tyquan Thornton (story)

Signed from practice squad: LB Cam Jones

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Practice window opened (IR): WR David Sills

Bozeman suffered a broken forearm, Zac Taylor said. The eighth-year Cincinnati HC added (via ESPN.com’s Ben Baby) he does not believe it is a season-ending injury. Bozeman could, then, factor into Cincy’s IR-return calculus. That may depend on the Bengals’ injury situation moving forward, as Bozeman is a career special-teamer who has never started a game. The Bengals have six IR activations remaining. Kiser is familiar with Al Golden’s scheme, having played for the second-year Bengals DC at Notre Dame.

Wayne will be expected back with the Texans via a practice squad deal, per KPRC2’s Aaron Wilson, if he clears waivers. The former UDFA has a career-high four receptions for 65 yards thus far this season. Marvin Harrison Jr. took Wayne’s roster spot after passing a physical today.
