The Buffalo Bills took on the Los Angeles Rams on Monday Night Football in Week 5. It was a shootout between two teams with Super Bowl expectations, featuring the league’s last two MVPs, Matthew Stafford and Josh Allen. It also featured both players’ wives.
While Stafford and Allen battled late in the fourth quarter, both Kelly Stafford and Hailee Steinfeld were prominently featured. For Steinfeld, it may have been the first time she’d ever been shown during a Bills game.
During the Bills’ final drive, Josh Allen took off running and gained 21 yards on second-and-17. After the play ended, ESPN showed Steinfeld in a suite. She was cheering, pointing, jumping, and clapping. It was your typical excited fan stuff. But again, it might have been the first time we’ve ever seen her at a game.

Steinfeld yelled, “Go Josh! Let’s go, Josh! Let’s f*cking go!!!”
The only quarterback wife who would be more surprising to see shown during a game would be Aaron Rodgers’ wife, whose name we don’t even know. Steinfeld might have been hiding when ESPN’s cameras went back to her during overtime.
@NFL @BUFvsLAR @NFLPlus Hailee Steinfeld so nervous for Josh Allen & the Bills that she does not want those ESPN/ABC cameras on her again 🤣😂 🎥 @TWDTV1 https://t.co/LSVrdCb7H4

While Taylor Swift is shown reacting in a suite during most Chiefs games, to the point where some people are annoyed, Steinfeld has been invisible despite the fact that she’s been a famous actress who has been in huge movies for the better part of the last two decades. She and Allen had their first child earlier this year.
Now there is visual proof that she really does root for the Bills. Aside from marrying the team’s quarterback, the only indication fans had about her true rooting interests where a decade-old post where was celebrating the Denver Broncos winning the Super Bowl.
