Kyren Williams put on his superhero cape and saved the Los Angeles Rams from defeat in regulation against the Buffalo Bills on Monday.

Williams powered his way to the end zone for a touchdown with four seconds left, forcing overtime at 34-34 and stirring SoFi Stadium into a frenzy.

It was his first score of the seesaw affair, and it could not have come at a better time.

Unfortunately, it was not enough to complete the victory. The Bills escaped the Rams in overtime, 37-34, courtesy of Tyler Bass' 45-yard field goal.

Williams finished with 16 carries for 49 yards and six catches for 29 yards.

Matthew Stafford went 40-of-54 for 383 yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions. Puka Nacua had 17 receptions for 138 yards and a score, while Davante Adams had five catches for 51 yards and two touchdowns. Adams also tied a huge feat with his gallant performance.

Williams revealed during training camp that he focused on improving his techniques to become more efficient, dynamic, and mobile.

“When contact arrives, I drive my feet so I can come out of the tackles and create those learning reps so when the game comes, it's natural, it's easy, and that's something I've been doing since the beginning of camp and even before then. To me, it's creating those little habits and details that allow us all to be successful,” said the one-time All-Pro in a report from Rams.com's Zach Edwards.

The Rams fell to 2-3, while the Bills improved to 4-1.

Los Angeles will face the Arizona Cardinals in Week 6.
