First year scholars Charlie Purdy and Theo Odaji-Ukueku have been rewarded for their good performances at U18 level by being named in the provisional Arsenal U19 squad to face Lille in the UEFA Youth League today.
There are also callups for Joshua Sesay, Daniel McCarron and new signing Mylo Bernard.
Schoolboys Luis Munoz and Jaden Maghoma have been included again along with first year scholars Axel Donczew, Emerson Nwaneri, Hakeem Abubakar and Elyon Mbala.
Andre Harriman-Annous and Brayden Clarke have been selected as overage players, while Ife Ibrahim, who trained with the first-team yesterday, has also been included.
Max Dowman and Marli Salmon are both absent as they are expected to be with the first-team.
Ceadach O’Neill, Maalik Hashi, Callan Hamill, Igor Tyjon and Saurap Sampang are also not involved from the previous squad, with the latter trio seemingly injured.
