TEAMtalk claim that members of the Gunners’ scouting team have been urging sporting director Andrea Berta and his recruitment department to “seriously” consider making a move for the 19-year-old.
It is believed that the Premier League champions were initially keeping close tabs on Lulli’s teammate, Wesley, before the teenager caught their attention.
The Italian is described as an “elegant” fullback, but he is very inexperienced, having only made his senior debut against Fiorentina back in August.
Several Premier League clubs are scouting Lulli
Considering the impression he has made on Arsenal scouts, it is not a surprise that other teams have also taken note of the youngster’s recent performances.
It is believed that Liverpool and Tottenham have been keeping an eye on Lulli, with observers sending similar messages back to their own recruitment departments about his potential.
TEAMtalk report Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United have had longstanding interest in the player too, having watched his progress through Roma’s youth ranks.

Arsenal might be looking to replace White
Ben White will have a year left on his contract at the end of the season, and while the Gunners do have an option to extend his stay for another twelve months, they may be tempted to sell him.
The 29-year-old could have been offloaded in the last transfer window, but Jurrien Timber’s injury problems meant his departure never transpired.
Things could be different next summer, and if Lulli continues to impress scouts over the coming months, there is a possibility that he could be targeted as White’s replacement.
