Even though the last game just ended on Monday, the football calendar moves fast, and now it’s time to look ahead to Week 6, which kicks off on Thursday. With 28 of 32 teams back in action, it’s time to make a bold prediction for all 14 games on the NFL Week 6 schedule.

Seahawks Score 40 Points Against Ailing Broncos Defense

One could argue that neither the Seattle Seahawks’ offense nor the Denver Broncos’ defense has been at their best so far. Yet, the Seahawks are trending in the right direction with a healthy Sam Darnold. Meanwhile, the Broncos are trending in the wrong direction with injuries to key players. Playing on a short week, this time the Seahawks will be more prepared to do damage, having scored 30 or more in three of their past four games.

Marvin Harrison Jr. Records 100-Yard Game in Texans Win Over Jaguars

Marvin Harrison Jr. could be set for a breakout performance as the Cardinals host the Lions in Week 5.14

Marvin Harrison Jr. could be set for a breakout performance as the Cardinals host the Lions in Week 5.

The Houston Texans haven’t been able to find any answers in the running game, with both David Montgomery and Woody Marks proving ineffective. They won’t suddenly figure it out against one of the very best defenses in the NFL. The Jacksonville Jaguars have been effective at taking the ball away through the air and limiting opponents on the ground, and the Texans will make it easy thanks to a failing rushing game. Even though C.J. Stroud has performed well, an atrocious running game will end up preventing Houston from scoring any points at all.

Bears-Falcons Combine for 80 Points in Big Win for Michael Penix Jr.

NFL: Atlanta Falcons at Green Bay Packers14

After coming close to playing in Week 5, Caleb Williams will return and create a spark for the Chicago Bears’ offense in Week 6, even against an improving Atlanta Falcons defense. Yet, Michael Penix Jr. has been a difference-maker for the Falcons since making his season debut, and he too will help propel Atlanta’s offense to a high-scoring game. In what could be one of the most exciting games of the week, the Falcons will come out ahead because the Bears will still be a bit rusty in Williams’ first game back from the hamstring injury.

Deshaun Watson Scores 3 Touchdowns in Browns Win Over Ravens

Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson (4) looks to throw the ball during a game against the New York Jets at MetLife14

Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson (4) looks to throw the ball during a game against the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium, Oct 11, 2026, East Rutherford, NJ, USA.

Before the season started, if a quarterback was going to score three touchdowns in this Baltimore Ravens vs. Cleveland Browns matchup, the prediction would be that Lamar Jackson had a good game. Instead, it’s Deshaun Watson with the standout play in this AFC North showdown. Watson had a rough game in the rain last week against New York, which will make him all the more motivated to come out against Baltimore, a team he hasn’t beaten since 2023.

Cam Ward’s 250-Yard Game Helps Titans Beat Colts

Tennessee Titans quarterback Cam Ward (1) dodges Houston Texans defensive end Will Anderson Jr. (51) during the second quarter14

Tennessee Titans quarterback Cam Ward (1) dodges Houston Texans defensive end Will Anderson Jr. (51) during the second quarter at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tenn., Sunday, Oct. 11, 2026.

Cam Ward hasn’t had more than 222 passing yards in any game this season. That could change on Sunday, going up against an Indianapolis Colts defense that has allowed two 300-yard passers in five games. The former No. 1 overall pick is in desperate need for a win, having not gotten in the victory column since Week 16 of last season. The Tennessee Titans are still preaching patience with Ward, and it will pay off this week when he has over 250 yards for the first time since December of 2025.

Patriots Beat Jets By 20+ Points

Suddenly, the New England Patriots look like contenders again, and they don’t even have A.J. Brown back in action yet. Meanwhile, the New York Jets are coming off a dominant defensive effort that should create some confidence for Aaron Glenn. Yet, they’ll come back down to earth with a disappointing performance against their AFC East rivals as the Patriots emerge with a convincing victory over the Jets in Week 6.

Malik Nabers’ 150-Yard Game Lifts Giants Past Saints

Malik Nabers is coming off a season-high 121-yard game with Jameis Winston as his QB. The two could continue building momentum as they take on a New Orleans Saints defense that has allowed over 340 or more yards of offense in each of the past three weeks. Still just 23 and in his third season, Nabers wants to prove he’s one of the NFL’s best receivers, and this could be yet another breakout game.

Bryce Young Dismantles Eagles With 4-TD Game

Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young (9) makes a pass against Detroit Lions during the second half at Bank of America14

Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young (9) makes a pass against Detroit Lions during the second half at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2026.

Few, if any quarterbacks are playing better than Bryce Young is through NFL Week 5. The 25-year-old has taken a gigantic leap forward, dicing up defenses while averaging career bests in his fourth season. With an extra week to prepare after a bye, Young will slice up the Eagles’ defense for four touchdowns in yet another impressive win for the Panthers.

Steelers Rack Up 400 Yards in Win Over Buccaneers

NFL: Indianapolis Colts at Pittsburgh Steelers14

Back-to-back three-touchdown games from Aaron Rodgers has the Pittsburgh Steelers optimistic about their season outlook again, but what was more encouraging in Week 5 was seeing them record 127 rushing yards, their second-best mark under Mike McCarthy. If Rodgers and the rushing attack can continue to gel, the Steelers could put forth another 400-yard game for the second time this season. The opportunity is there for the taking against a Tampa Bay Buccaneers team still looking to find their way.

Rams’ Dominant Effort Causes Cardinals to Bench Jacoby Brissett

The Los Angeles Rams haven’t looked like Super Bowl favorites, but the playoffs don’t take place in October. Now they’re set to take on one of the worst teams in the NFL in the Arizona Cardinals. This is where the Rams will look dominant, possibly even to the extent that Arizona is ready to give backup Carson Beck a chance to show what he can do.

Game-Winning Score Helps Chargers Beat Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs may be undefeated, but they won’t stay that way after running into a winless Los Angeles Chargers squad on Sunday. The Chargers have lost the last two games by one possession, but this time Jim Harbaugh, Justin Herbert, and Co. will find a way to make plays when it matters most, securing a victory in the process.

Buffalo’s Defense Intercepts Kirk Cousins Three Times in Bills Win Over Raiders

The Buffalo Bills and Las Vegas Raiders have been two of the AFC’s best teams through five weeks. But cracks are starting to show in the Raiders’ foundation. That will continue on Sunday, when Buffalo’s defense manages to intercept Cousins three times to hand the Raiders their third loss in a row.

Cowboys Beat Packers in Game That Features 4 50+ Yard TDs

These two teams have come together on some trades in recent seasons, but the Green Bay Packers won’t have former Dallas Cowboys superstar Micah Parsons. Dak Prescott and Jordan Love are both capable of striking deep downfield, especially with both receiving corps thriving. Fans tuning into the Cowboys-Packers game will be treated to four 50+ yard touchdowns, but the Cowboys will come out ahead in the end.

Jayden Daniels’ 350-Yard Game Helps Commanders Hand 49ers Their First Loss

The San Francisco 49ers are playing as well as anyone on both sides of the ball and they narrowly escaped defeat last Sunday. This time they won’t get as lucky taking on Jayden Daniels who’s still dealing with that elbow dislocation but still managed to play well in the team’s Week 5 overtime tie. Daniels will put forth his best effort of the 2026 campaign yet by combining for 350 yards in Monday night’s win.
