Premier League champions Arsenal face French outfit Lille in the Champions League group phase on Tuesday night.
The Gunners narrowly beat Italian side Napoli 1-0 in Naples in their first match of the campaign, meaning Mikel Arteta’s side currently sit 15th in the 36-team table but could move as high as first place with a comfortable victory.
Domestically, the north London outfit returned to winning ways with a 2-1 win over Leeds United on Saturday, having suffered a shock 3-0 defeat against Brighton and Hove Albion in their final match before the recent international break.
Arsenal will be firm favourites for Tuesday night’s game, but in the meantime it is emerging that the London side have put a hefty asking price on one of their struggling stars.
As per TEAMtalk, the Gunners will allow striker Viktor Gyokeres to leave The Emirates if an offer worth £64 million was received.
Gyokeres, 28, joined Arsenal from Portuguese side Sporting CP ahead of the start of last season, having netted 97 goals in 102 games for his former side.

He scored 21 times in all competitions during his debut season in England, helping Arsenal to lift the Premier League trophy for the first time in more than two decades.
The Swede has endured a difficult start to the new season, though, and is yet to score in any competition having failed to start a single one of the Gunners’ six Premier League games.
According to the report, Arsenal remain interested in Atletico Madrid star Julian Alvarez, with Spanish outlet SPORT claiming that the Argentine’s price tag has dropped from around £125 million to approximately £101 million after his disrupted start to the new campaign.
If Alvarez were to arrive in north London, the report suggests that Gyokeres would be the most likely candidate to depart the club, with Kai Havertz seemingly Arteta’s first choice striker.
