FC Barcelona will face off against Real Betis tomorrow at Estadio de La Cartuja in Matchday 9 of the 2026/27 La Liga season.
Ahead of the trip to Seville, Barça head coach Hansi Flick has announced the squad list of players who will be at his disposal for the game against Manuel Pellegrini’s side.
The big news is that captains Raphinha and Frenkie de Jong have recovered from their respective physical issues and been included in the squad.
It marks De Jong’s first call-up of the season, given that he had been out of action since the summer, having returned from the World Cup with a knee injury.

Confirming his return, Barcelona issued a official medical statement, saying: “First-team player Frenkie de Jong has received medical clearance and will be available to head coach Hansi Flick for the match against Betis.”
Meanwhile, Raphinha, who missed the last two matches for Barça after picking up a minor injury during the international break with Brazil, has also received the green light and returns to the squad.
This comes as a major boost for Barcelona, especially with Barcelona set to take on PSG in a crucial UEFA Champions League clash next week.
While neither Raphinha nor De Jong is expected to start tomorrow, Flick is likely to give the pair some minutes off the bench to build up some match rhythm.
