Manchester City return to Premier League action against Ipswich Town on Saturday after a midweek UEFA Champions League loss to Paris Saint-Germain.

City suffered a first defeat of the season at the hands of the back-to-back European champions after Desire Doue, Ousmane Dembele and Vitinha scored in quick succession in the opening 32 minutes to leave the shell-shocked hosts with too high a mountain to climb thereafter.
The Blues have made a flying start to the Enzo Maresca era, winning eight in eight in all competitions prior to their first loss of the season against PSG on Wednesday night.
Manchester City enter this weekend top of the Premier League with six wins in six, having put Liverpool to the sword at Anfield last week in a 3-0 win - in City's first game since an independent panel declared the club guilty of breaching the Premier League's financial rules during 2009-18.
Erling Haaland continued his fine scoring run earlier this week as he notched a fine brace - albeit counting for little in the end - as Maresca hinted in a press conference on Friday that he will need to shuffle his pack sooner rather than later owing to several City stars playing regularly for club and country since the summer.
Iliman Ndiaye, Ayyoub Bouaddi and Matheus Nunes were all brought on at half-time against Paris Saint-Germain by Maresca, with the trio drawing praise from the Italian after full-time in the Champions League.
City have a dark cloud hanging over the club following the guilty verdict, with the club registering a formal appeal against the independent commission's verdict and citing an "irrefutably body of evidence" that they're confident will prove their innocence in the case.
Meanwhile, Maresca and Manchester City captain Ruben Dias have urged the players to remain focussed on what lies ahead of them on the pitch, equally admitting that it is easier said than done to outrightly shut off the outside noise in the modern world.
Manchester City had no fresh injury concerns following the PSG defeat and Maresca welcomes Phil Foden back to the matchday squad against Ipswich Town, with the England international available for selection after serving a three-game domestic ban.
Foden was named on the bench in midweek but remained an unused substitute despite Manchester City clearly needing inspiration after going 3-0 down just past the half-hour mark.
