City return to WSL action at the Joie Stadium this Sunday to take on Brighton & Hove Albion.
Andrée Jeglertz’s side sit top of the WSL table with a 100% record after five matches, with our latest showdown taking place from 14:30 (UK).
The most recent of those victories was a thrilling 4-2 triumph at the Etihad Stadium over Arsenal, as a Lauren Hemp brace, Kerstin Casparij stunner and late Bunny Shaw strike earned City all three points.
We’ll be pushed to our limits again on Sunday against a Brighton side who’s position in the table certainly doesn’t reflect the danger they’ll pose.

Arturo Ruiz’s side earned their first WSL win of the campaign in their last match before the break, and will travel to Manchester looking to build on that success.
We enjoyed three thrilling encounters with the Seagulls last season, with a win apiece in our WSL meetings, before a showdown in the FA Cup final.
City came out on top in that encounter to seal a historic double, with the two sides serving up another exciting clash at Wembley.
Expect similar drama at the Joie Stadium on Sunday!
