Romeo Doubs has been a key contributor for the [Patriots](https://nesn.com/new-england-patriots) after signing a multi-year deal. Now, it looks like Doubs will be out for a significant period after getting injured in a Week 6 matchup against the Jets.
Doubs caught a 42-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter but exited the field right away. He went to the locker room with a shoulder injury and was deemed out for the remainder of the game.
A fourth-round pick by the Packers in the 2022 NFL Draft, Doubs signed a four-year, $68 million contract with the Patriots this past offseason. Before the injury, he had three touchdowns with 261 receiving yards.
What is Doubs' status following his injury?
