Injuries are piling up on top of losses for the 2-4 Los Angeles Rams.
Wide receiver Davante Adams suffered a hamstring injury in L.A.'s 18-16 loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday and is expected to miss six to 10 weeks, head coach Sean McVay told reporters Monday.
Adams, 33, was having another standout season for the Rams, with 30 receptions for 480 yards and four touchdowns while sporting a 16.0 yards-per-reception average, which would be the best in his career.
McVay announced a litany of injuries for the Rams in addition to Adams.
Defensive tackle Poona Ford will miss the rest of the season with a ruptured triceps muscle, as will recent addition, kicker Blake Grupe, due to a knee injury. DT Kobie Turner (groin) is headed to injured reserve.
Myles Garrett, who has been on IR since having knee surgery after the team's Week 1 loss in Australia, also won't start practicing this week.
Around The NFL will have more on Adams and the Rams shortly.
