Liverpool Injury News And Return Dates: Updates On Dominik Szoboszlai, Jeremie Frimpong & 3 Others
Liverpool midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai has suffered a recurrence of the hamstring injury he sustained during the last international break.
Head coach Andoni Iraola has admitted that the Reds may have brought the midfielder back into the team too early.
Szoboszlai won’t feature against Villarreal in the Champions League on Tuesday evening, and it is very unlikely that he will play against Brighton this weekend.
At the moment, there is no timeframe for when the Hungarian international will be available again.

Iraola has revealed that the fullback is not expected to play before the November international break, after being forced off early in the second half of the 2-1 win over Brentford:
‘Jeremie is obviously a new muscle injury, and it happened, I think, in the second or third minute that he was playing – difficult to predict. We will have to wait until he recovers, but it’s going to be difficult, I think, before the break – we will try.’
