Early team news

Liverpool will be forced into at least one change following the weekend's win over Brentford, with Dominik Szoboszlai having been forced off with a hamstring issue just after the half-hour mark.

The Reds were also struck by a new problem for Jeremie Frimpong, who looks set to be out until after the November international break after lasting just six minutes upon coming off the bench against the Bees on Saturday.

Alexander Isak and Cody Gakpo were back in the squad though, with the former playing just under 80 minutes in a promising sign after his thigh injury. Liverpool also has Giovanni Leoni, Conor Bradley and Hugo Ekitike still out as they recover from long-term injuries.

Victor Munoz has also emerged as a doubt after missing training ahead of today's game - it remains to be seen whether he will take his place in the squad at Anfield.

As for the visitors, former Arsenal forward Nicolas Pepe looks set to miss out, having not yet returned to training from an eye issue, but winger Tajon Buchanan has been back with his teammates following a muscle injury.
