Paris, France – Luis Enrique, the Spanish manager of Paris Saint-Germain, has announced his squad for this evening’s match against Barcelona. The encounter is part of the third round of the league phase in the UEFA Champions League.
The Parc des Princes stadium will host the highly anticipated clash between the two teams. The match is set to kick off at 11:00 PM UAE time (10:00 PM Egypt and Saudi Arabia time), with both sides aiming to continue their winning momentum in the continental tournament.
Paris Saint-Germain enters the match in high spirits, following an important 3-1 victory over Strasbourg in the French league. Furthermore, both the Parisian side and Barcelona have successfully won their opening two matches in the Champions League.
Nuno Mendes to miss match against Barcelona
Paris Saint-Germain’s squad was missing Portuguese defender Nuno Mendes due to an injury sustained during the team’s last Ligue 1 match. This leaves Luis Enrique without one of his options in defense ahead of the crucial clash against Barcelona.
The Spanish coach aims to make the most of the players at his disposal to continue delivering positive results. This comes in light of the match’s significance in the race for top positions during the league phase.
