Will Tosin Adarabioyo and Mykhailo Mudryk play against Chelsea? Injury update on 10 Spurs stars

Tottenham manager Roberto De Zerbi has provided an injury update on several players ahead of Saturday’s trip to Stamford Bridge. Chelsea will welcome Spurs to West London for the first time since Xabi Alonso took charge this summer.

Blues fans will be particularly interested in the availability of former player Tosin Adarabioyo and Mykhailo Mudryk, who is on a season-long loan at Spurs. Here is everything we know about Tottenham’s injury list ahead of this weekend’s London derby.

Omar Marmoush and Tosin Adarabioyo were both substituted in the second half of Tottenham’s 3-1 victory over Frank Lampard’s Coventry City with calf problems. Meanwhile, left-back Andy Robertson limped off in the 69th minute and was replaced by Ben Davies.

Roberto De Zerbi effectively confirmed that all three players would be available for Saturday’s game against Chelsea. “No, no, no, I think there are no injuries, nothing important,” he said in his post-match press conference.

De Zerbi also commented on Destiny Udogie, who missed Spurs’ Monday night game against Coventry with a knee injury but is expected to return this weekend. “Destiny Udogie played 70 minutes, and he suffered a problem in his knee, and we didn’t take a risk,” he added.

Pedro Porro is likely to return soon from a hamstring injury, which De Zerbi previously said would not keep him out for much longer. Meanwhile, summer signing Savio will be out for “some weeks” with a muscle problem he suffered before Spurs’ warm-weather training camp in Marbella last week.

Former Chelsea transfer target Lucas Bergvall is “out for two weeks” with a knee injury, while Blues loanee Mykhailo Mudryk remains sidelined with an ankle problem. The Ukrainian winger is not expected back until next weekend, although he would have been ineligible to play against his parent club anyway. Xavi Simons and Wilson Odobert will miss not only the Chelsea game but also the rest of 2026 with ACL injuries.

All in all, Tottenham will have a much stronger squad available against Chelsea than they did against Coventry and will arrive with confidence after picking up their first league win of the season. Xabi Alonso’s side will be clear favourites, but they must not become complacent.
