Manchester United boss Michael Carrick is under increasing pressure to turn his side’s fortunes around after their shock 4-1 defeat against Como in the Champions League on Wednesday.
Nico Paz starred – scoring twice and providing one assist – as Cesc Fabregas’ side ran riot against the Red Devils in Italy, with substitute Joshua Zirkzee netting a late consolation goal.
United have now kept just one clean sheet in 11 matches across all competitions so far this term, and have lost two of their three games in the Champions League group phase.
Carrick is therefore under serious pressure at Old Trafford, with his side set to host Bournemouth in their next Premier League game on Sunday.
Ahead of that match, it appears that United are one of two huge sides chasing a talented Premier League star.
As per TalkSPORT, both Manchester United and Arsenal are keeping tabs on Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Yasin Ayari.

The Swedish midfielder has made a hugely impressive start to the new season, helping the Seagulls to win five of their opening seven games in the Premier League.
Having joined Brighton from Swedish side AIK in 2023, Ayari spent time in loan at Coventry City and Blackburn Rovers before returning to the south coast in 2024.
He has since featured 85 times for the Seagulls across all competitions, scoring eight goals and registering four assists.
The report suggests that Italian giants AC Milan are also interested in the midfielder, who has been capped 27 times by Sweden at international level.
Ayari, 23, has scored twice in the Premier League so far this term, with only Spanish champions Barcelona (39) having scored more than Brighton (23) in Europe’s top five leagues at this stage of the season.
The midfielder’s current contract at The Amex is set to expire at the end of the current campaign.
