Roberto De Zerbi says Pedro Porro is available for Tottenham's huge clash against Chelsea - with Andy Robertson and Omar Marmoush also fit enough to face their London rivals.
However, James Maddison didn't train for a few days following the win over Coventry City and might not be risked for the clash on Saturday night. Dejan Kulusevski, who also made his return for Spurs, might be given a rest too.
Porro has been out injured since September 19 after picking up a knock in the 3-2 defeat by Aston Villa but he recently returned to training and is now in line to make his return at Stamford Bridge.
Robertson and Marmoush both appeared to pick up injuries in the 3-1 win over Coventry on Monday night, but De Zerbi has revealed the pair are fine to potentially feature against the Blues.

De Zerbi, who was speaking to the media on Friday afternoon ahead of Saturday night's crunch clash, also provided updates on Dominic Solanke, Lucas Begvall, Savio, Destiny Udogie and Rodrigo Bentancur.
He said: "Pedro is back. Robertson is available. Marmoush is good. Solanke is good. Lucas Bergvall and Savio out. Udugie out too. Bentancur suspended."
Maddison was handed his first start of the season in the win over Coventry and stole the show, scoring a first-half thunderbolt against his former club.
Offering an update on the popular midfielder, De Zerbi said: "In the first three days Maddison didn’t work with us. I don’t know if he is available for tomorrow. We can play with Tel, with Marmoush, with Gallagher.
"Like I said many times, I don’t want to take risks because if you analyse this period of European football, you can see many, many injuries and not for Tottenham but everyone. Kulusevski worked well but in the first days stayed individual."
Udogie is another injury issue for Spurs, having picked up a knock in the 1-1 draw at Manchester United. The left-back missed the win over Frank Lampard's side and he won't be back in time to face Chelsea.
De Zerbi revealed: "No, he is not available. After Manchester I have not worked with him and it’s a problem. We are lucky because in the same position we have many solutions."
