Andrée Jeglertz’s squad was put through its paces at the CFA as the clock winds down towards Sunday’s huge Barclays Women’s Super League clash away at Manchester United.
It’s not just Manchester bragging rights on the line at the Progress with Unity Stadium where the action gets underway at 18:00 (UK).
City will also be seeking to make it a magnificent seven from seven wins in the league to maintain top spot.
It promises to be a testing assignment. Fifth-placed United have secured three back-to-back victories over West Ham, Liverpool and Charlton to boost their standing.
But, as our gallery illustrates, the Blues were in great spirits as they went about their work at the CFA.
