There are three changes to the Tottenham side who lost 6-2 against Chelsea last weekend.
England forward Jess Naz is back in the squad after recovering from an ACL injury.
Caitlin Dijkstra, Alice Sombath and Eveliina Summanen come into the starting XI with Olivia Holdt, Amanda Nilden and Ella Morris dropping to the bench.
Tottenham XI: Kop, Dijkstra, Sombath, Gaupset, Tandberg, Vinberg, Pelova, Spence, Summanen, Koga, Blakstad.
Subs: Panengstuen, Morris, A Nilden, Naz, Holdt, M Nilden, Hanson, Gunning-Williams, Martinez.
There are four changes to the Arsenal squad from their 1-1 draw with Birmingham City.
It looks like Alessia Russo is playing in the number 10 role as Stina Blackstenius is on the bench.
Ona Batlle and Smilla Holmberg also drop to the bench with Emily Fox and Taylor Hinds coming into the full-back positions.
Steph Catley starts at centre-back alongside Leah Williamson. There is no Kim Little, who is managing a knock, while goalkeeper Daphne van Domselaar is in the squad after recovering from injury.
