Real Madrid have enjoyed quite a good run of form in recent days, boasting four wins in four games since the end of the September international break, against the likes of Villarreal, AS Roma, Sevilla, and RB Leipzig. However, the Merengues now have one of the toughest tests of the season awaiting them, as they are in the Catalan capital to face FC Barcelona at the Spotify Camp Nou.
Los Blancos are already six points behind the Blaugranes, owing to their defeats to Real Betis and Atletico Madrid. Thus, it would be crucial for Jose Mourinho’s side to get a win in this game.
Naturally, the Portuguese manager has named his strongest possible squad for this match. Unfortunately, he will not be able to count on Vinicius Junior, who will be serving the second match of his four-game ban. Similarly, Rodrygo Goes, Ferland Mendy, and Raul Asencio also remain unavailable due to their injuries.
