NFL Week 7 best bets cover 11 Sunday games from Paris to Las Vegas, and the undefeated 49ers carry the biggest play on the card as short road favorites in Atlanta despite a long injury list.
Each spread and total pick carries a 1-to-3 unit rating, and San Francisco -2.5 gets 3 units. The Browns, Ravens, Giants and Colts-Vikings under follow at 2.5 units and Baltimore stays the pick even after the Ravens ruled out quarterback Lamar Jackson.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. New Orleans Saints
NFL Week 7 bets

Picks (9:30 a.m. ET): Steelers 24-17, Steelers -3 (1.5u), Under 43.5 (1u)
Pittsburgh’s running game gives it the clearer path in the first NFL game played in France, which the league confirmed would go on after protests disrupted the game weekend. Steelers running back Jaylen Warren averages 5.5 yards per carry, and New Orleans gives up 138 rushing yards per game.
That keeps quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who has been sacked 19 times, out of long third downs. Saints quarterback Tyler Shough has 12 touchdown passes, but New Orleans averages just 97.3 rushing yards per game, so Pittsburgh can focus on the pass. Neither offense has been steady enough to clear 43.5.
San Francisco 49ers vs. Atlanta Falcons
Picks (1 p.m. ET): 49ers 30-20, 49ers -2.5 (3u), Under 50.5 (1u)
San Francisco is laying fewer than three points without defensive end Nick Bosa, receiver Mike Evans and receiver Deebo Samuel, but Atlanta’s injuries hit harder. The Falcons ruled out cornerback Billy Bowman Jr., linebacker Divine Deablo and running back Brian Robinson Jr. and listed 10 players as questionable, including cornerbacks A.J. Terrell Jr. and C.J. Henderson.
That’s a thin secondary for 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy, who has 14 touchdown passes and two interceptions. The 6-0 Niners also allow just 90.2 rushing yards per game, which limits running back Bijan Robinson and the 2-4 Falcons’ best way to keep pace.

Cleveland Browns vs. Tennessee Titans
Week 7 bets

Picks (1 p.m. ET): Browns 20-13, Browns -1.5 (2.5u), Under 36.5 (1.5u)
Cleveland’s defense is the reason to lay 1.5 points on the road against a Tennessee offense that averages 14 points per game. The Browns (4-2) lead the AFC North after a 13-10 win over Baltimore, and safety Grant Delpit is expected back from a concussion.
The Titans (1-5) won for the first time last week, but quarterback Cam Ward may be without receiver Calvin Ridley, who’s questionable with a hip injury after missing two practices. Browns coach Todd Monken said quarterback Deshaun Watson has “the ability to make a play when needed,” and Watson has thrown just two interceptions. Both offenses stall too often for this to reach 37.

Indianapolis Colts vs. Minnesota Vikings
Picks (1 p.m. ET): Vikings 24-13, Vikings -6.5 (2u), Under 41.5 (2.5u)
Indianapolis arrives in Minneapolis days after firing general manager Chris Ballard, and coach Shane Steichen kept Daniel Jones at quarterback while saying the Colts “have to clean up the turnovers.” Jones has nine turnovers, and Minnesota leads the NFL at plus-6 in turnover margin.
The Colts (2-4) are also without tight end Tyler Warren and cornerback Sauce Gardner. Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores’ unit allows a league-low 12.8 points per game, and the 5-0 Vikings come off a bye. Quarterback Kyler Murray’s uneven play keeps Minnesota’s scoring modest, which makes the under the stronger of the two plays.

Miami Dolphins vs. New York Jets
NFL bets

Picks (1 p.m. ET): Jets 24-13, Jets -3.5 (2u), Under 39.5 (1.5u)
Miami enters 0-5 with quarterback Malik Willis owning the league’s lowest passer rating among qualifiers (68.4), and Dolphins coach Jeff Hafley said before the bye that “Malik needs to be better.”
Jets running back Breece Hall is unlikely to return, but Braelon Allen has 314 rushing yards filling in. Hafley also said New York has “a ton of guys inside that can stop the run,” which puts more of Miami’s offense on Willis’ arm. The Jets (2-4) only need modest production, and Miami’s 14 points per game keep this under 39.5.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Carolina Panthers
Picks (1 p.m. ET): Panthers 24-17, Panthers -3 (2u), Under 44.5 (2u)
Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield returns from a dislocated thumb wearing a protective glove, and coach Todd Bowles said he “looks like he’s ready to go.” Tampa Bay (1-5) is still without receiver Emeka Egbuka, right tackle Luke Goedeke and safety Antoine Winfield Jr.
Carolina leads the NFC South at 3-2, and Panthers quarterback Bryce Young averages 309.8 passing yards per game heading into his 50th career start. The Panthers are missing edge rushers Jaelan Phillips and Thomas Incoom, but coach Dave Canales said of his run defense, “It’s not being talked about enough.” That forces Tampa Bay to lean on a quarterback playing his first game since Week 3.
Cincinnati Bengals vs. Baltimore Ravens
NFL: Baltimore Ravens at Atlanta Falcons

Picks (1 p.m. ET): Ravens 27-23, Ravens +3 (2.5u), Over 46.5 (1.5u)
Jackson said he didn’t want to “just be a statue and get hit,” so Ravens quarterback Tyler Huntley starts again. Baltimore (4-2) still gets a field goal at home with a running game that fits this matchup.
The Ravens average 151.5 rushing yards per game and rank second in the NFL in rushing yards on outside runs, while Cincinnati allows 155.3 rushing yards per game. The Bengals (3-2) are fully healthy after their bye, and Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow’s offense averages 25.6 points. Receiver Ja’Marr Chase also has eight touchdowns in 10 career games against Baltimore, so both teams have a clear way to score.
New York Giants vs. Houston Texans
Picks (1 p.m. ET): Texans 24-20, Giants +10.5 (2.5u), Over 42.5 (1u)
Giants quarterback J.J. McCarthy makes his first start for New York (3-2-1) after leading three fourth-quarter scoring drives against the Saints with the Giants down 34-10. Houston (2-4) has won two straight, and Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week after throwing for 312 yards and three touchdowns in London.
Still, 10.5 points is a big number for a Texans team averaging 24 points per game and missing running back David Montgomery and safeties Reed Blankenship and Jalen Pitre. Receiver Tank Dell also returns, but coach DeMeco Ryans said he has “no huge expectations” for the speedster’s first game in 22 months.

Denver Broncos vs. Arizona Cardinals
NFL: Detroit Lions at Arizona Cardinals

Picks (4:05 p.m. ET): Broncos 23-20, Cardinals +4.5 (1.5u), Over 42.5 (1u)
Denver (4-2) wins with defense, but its offense makes 4.5 points too many to lay on the road. Broncos quarterback Bo Nix has completed 60.3% of his passes. He has finished under 200 passing yards in four of six games.
Arizona (2-4) can’t create explosive plays either. Cardinals coach Mike LaFleur admitted “we’re not hitting the big plays right now.” Still, quarterback Jacoby Brissett’s offense leads the NFL with 17 drives of 10 or more plays. That way, Arizona controls the clock and keeps scores close. Denver’s passing game should find openings against an Arizona defense that has allowed 16 passing touchdowns and won’t have running back Jeremiyah Love on the other side.
Green Bay Packers vs. Detroit Lions
Picks (4:25 p.m. ET): Lions 30-27, Packers +3.5 (1.5u), Over 55.5 (1u)
Detroit (3-2) comes off its bye healthy, with an offense averaging 32.8 points per game. They have yet to throw an interception. The Lions’ defense ranks last in EPA per play. Detroit has given up more passing yards than any other team. This sets up nicely for Packers quarterback Jordan Love and receivers Christian Watson and Matthew Golden.
Green Bay (4-2) has held its last three opponents to 14, 7 and 13 points, and running back Josh Jacobs returns for his season debut after his time on the commissioner’s exempt list. The extra half-point at 3.5 makes the Packers worth backing in a high-scoring game.
Los Angeles Rams vs. Las Vegas Raiders
NFL: Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Rams

Picks (4:25 p.m. ET): Rams 27-23, Rams -3.5 (1u), Over 48.5 (1u)
Los Angeles is 2-4, but it’s outgaining opponents by 644 yards, the best margin in the NFL. The Rams are banged up, with receiver Davante Adams on injured reserve and Puka Nacua questionable with a calf injury coach Sean McVay called “minor.”
Quarterback Matthew Stafford still gives Los Angeles the steadier offense against a Raiders defense that has allowed at least 30 points in each game of its three-game losing streak. Las Vegas tight end Brock Bowers can produce against a secondary that may lack cornerback Trent McDuffie, which keeps the Raiders (3-3) close and pushes this over 48.5.
