After going through a lengthy and unusual padded pre-game workout, New York Giants safety Tyler Nubin will play Sunday against the Houston Texans. Nubin missed last week’s game against the New Orleans Saints with a neck injury, and was listed as questionable on Friday.
That is good news for a Giants secondary already missing starting safety Jevon Holland (concussion) and starting cornerback Greg Newsome II. The Giants already have starters Brian Burns, Tremaine Edmunds, and Chauncey Golston on IR, along with defensive tackle Roy Robertson-Harris.
The Giants will get right tackle Jermaine Eluemunor back in the lineup after he missed last week’s game with a calf injury. Backup tackle Marcus Mbow (knee) is inactive.
For Houston, wide receiver Tank Dell will play for the first time since suffering a gruesome leg injury in 2024.
