ATLANTA — Team owner Jed York is in attendance for the 49ers’ game in Atlanta against the Falcons on Sunday. It is his first game this season after serving a six-game suspension for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy, having been arrested in an Ohio prostitution sting in August.

York declined comment as he walked out to the field pregame: “Not today,” he told the Bay Area News Group.

York, 46, proceeded to mingle on the 49ers sideline during pregame warmups, including chats with general manager John Lynch, CEO Al Guido and Hall of Fame linebacker Patrick Willis.

York also walked across the midfield logo and over to the Atlanta sideline to exchange greetings with Falcons owner Arthur Blank, who gave York a handshake, a hug, then cupped his face.

Also in attendance were York’s parents, Denise and John, and his sisters, Jenna and Mara.

Jed York voluntarily skipped the 49ers’ first three games and their preseason finale before the NFL announced the six-game suspension and $500,000 fine.

He attended the league’s owners meetings in New York earlier this week after the end of his suspension. York was arrested Aug. 23 in East Palestine, Ohio near his hometown of Youngstown.

Authorities initially charged York with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools, then prosecutors reduced the prostitution charge to disorderly conduct under a plea agreement, court records show.

York was sentenced to one day in jail on each count, to be served concurrently, and received credit for the day he had already spent in custody. He also paid $1,150 in fines after posting a $5,000 bond and was released.
