Noel Gallagher was a surprise celebrity guest at Sunday's New York Jets game at MetLife Stadium, marking the second high-profile NFL appearance of the season for the Oasis singer.
A few weeks ago, Gallagher was front and center for the Indianapolis Colts-Washington Commanders contest in London at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, joining fans in a rendition of his hit song 'Wonderwall.'
The 59-year-old chose one of the more hard-luck NFL contests to tune into on Sunday, watching the previously winless Miami Dolphins defeat the New York Jets thanks to the strong tandem of quarterback Malik Willis and running back Ollie Gordon II.

Gallagher, notably, is a massive Manchester City supporter. The former away-day-traveling fan is now much more of a celebrity supporter, but he's still loud and proud with his support of the Cityzens.
The 59-year-old was spotted at the game with his new girlfriend, 29-year-old Nina Johnson, when the pair was shown on the MetLife Stadium jumbotron in the second half.
The pair were first spotted together in London in May and began appearing more regularly together in September, while Gallagher was promoting his documentary.
Gallagher has since announced another Oasis tour and is expected to tour around several NFL stadiums with his brother. The new run of shows features 42 live dates across the United Kingdom, continental Europe, and the United States from May to September 2027.
Gallagher and the NFL
Speaking with ESPN in 2012, the elder Oasis member revealed that he's always had a soft spot for American football. “I love the NFL. I don’t have a team per se, but I’m into it," Gallagher said.

“NFL comes on late at night in the UK when I’m up. I love the color and energy of it all. There are so many things going on in American Football. It took me a while to get it, but I like it a lot.”
However, he did share during a 2025 TalkSport spot that he's not a fan of Super Bowl halftime shows. "I had to switch it off. It was absolute nonsense," he said after Kendrick Lamar's 2025 performance.

"I didn't watch it all; I just switched it off. There [were] like 300 people getting out of a car in the first two minutes..."I don't like the halftime nonsense; it's usually artists I don't like," he declared. "I never watch it; I'm not interested in it."
Count Gallagher and his brother, Liam, out as surprise Super Bowl halftime contenders (the 2027 halftime show is yet to be decided), even though the pair have reconciled and resumed touring as Oasis in 2025 after decades apart.
