The Chiefs, Minnesota Vikings, and San Francisco 49ers were the three remaining undefeated teams before Sunday's action. While the Chiefs struggled to generate offense, Seattle's Jaxon Smith-Njigba continued to showcase his playmaking ability with another outstanding performance. The wide receiver hauled in nine receptions for 150 yards and a touchdown.
Darnold was equally instrumental in Seattle's success, completing 20 of his 28 passing attempts for 257 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. Despite giving the ball away once, the Seahawks quarterback helped his team maintain offensive momentum throughout the contest. Seattle finished with 410 total yards and 24 first downs.
Meanwhile, the Chiefs recorded one of their most disappointing offensive performances of the Mahomes era. Their three-point output showed the difficulties they faced against Seattle's defense.
