HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A former NFL player turned opera singer is bringing his inspiring journey to the big screen at the Hawaiʻi International Film Festival.
Taʻu Pupuʻa stars as himself in the short biographical film “The Platform,” which makes its Hawaiʻi premiere Monday night.
Pupuʻa will also celebrate the film with a special performance and reception at Hideout at The Laylow in Waikīkī on Tuesday at 5 p.m.
