CeeDee Lamb has plenty of reasons to enjoy playing for the Dallas Cowboys. However, his favorite NFL environment might surprise fans. After helping Dallas deliver a dominant 38-21 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday Night Football, the superstar wide receiver revealed why he genuinely enjoys playing at Lincoln Financial Field. For Lamb, beating a familiar rival in its own building carries a special satisfaction. That makes the annual NFC East showdown his favorite matchup.

Appearing on SportsCenter with Scott Van Pelt, Lamb did not hesitate when asked where defeating Philadelphia ranked among his personal highlights.

"I love playing [in Philadelphia]. … You always want to beat a brother."

“No. 1,” Lamb said. “I love playing here. You know what I'm saying, I am here once a year and it's like very routine. This is like one of those, you always want to beat a brother.”

Lamb added that the familiarity between the teams makes the rivalry especially challenging. He backed up those words with two touchdown receptions. Those included an acrobatic 16-yard connection with Dak Prescott that helped Dallas reclaim the lead in the third quarter.

Lamb’s 2026 campaign has been outstanding despite Dallas’ uneven start. Through seven games, he has amassed 53 receptions for 651 yards and six touchdowns. His explosive performances have included a 17-catch, 189-yard outing against Houston and 100-yard games against Washington and Baltimore. His ability to command defensive attention has also helped create opportunities for George Pickens.

Monday’s performance reinforced Lamb’s importance to Dallas’ postseason ambitions. The Cowboys used a strong second-half surge to pull away from Philadelphia. For Lamb, the hostile atmosphere is part of the appeal. And after another memorable night in Philadelphia, he has every reason to welcome the next trip back.
