Arsenal crashed out of the Carabao Cup this evening after a dismal performance away to Fleetwood Town.
The League two side took the lead in the first half, before Viktor Gyokeres drew the Gunners level after the break. But we failed to capitalise on that, Max Dowman received an unjust red card, and when the game went to penalties, Bruno Guimaraes’ miss ensured the home side enjoyed a famous giant killing.
Good luck to them, because we deserved exactly what we got from this game.
