Martin Zubimendi’s return offers Arsenal a midfield boost
Zubimendi’s return was good news for Arsenal after his recent injury scare. The midfielder got another chance to play against Fleetwood Town while wearing a protective mask. His return also gave him more time on the pitch after missing out on regular starts.
Arteta will hope Zubimendi can stay fit for the coming games. His passing and ability to keep the ball make him a useful player in midfield. He can help Arsenal control games and move the ball forward. However, the club must be careful with his recovery and avoid rushing him back. With a busy run of fixtures ahead, keeping him fit will be important for Arsenal.

Arteta Faces Midfield Decisions Ahead of Liverpool Trip
The result was a major disappointment for Arsenal, who had entered the tie as clear favourites. It also meant that the club could not use the fixture to build momentum ahead of their next Premier League assignment.
Arsenal are scheduled to face Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday, 1 November. Zubimendi’s fitness could therefore remain a talking point as Arteta prepares his squad for a demanding league fixture.
The key point is that Zubimendi was fit enough to start against Fleetwood while wearing a protective mask. However, the exact nature of his nasal injury should not be presented as officially confirmed unless Arsenal release a medical update.
