Mikel Arteta is hopeful that his injury list could look a little shorter for Arsenal's trip to Anfield to face Liverpool. The Gunners are aiming to get back on track with a victory following their shock defeat against Fleetwood Town in the Carabao Cup.
Arsenal have not won at Anfield since 2012 and the Premier League champions sit five points ahead of Andoni Iraola's side heading into the fixture. "Well, going there with full conviction," Arteta said in his press conference.
"That's number one and we've been very, very close in the last few years to win, but something is missed and that we've been discussing the last few days, to go there with a real purpose to help them and get away from there with a victory."
