Everton: David Moyes Needs To Stick With Trio Going Forward
Everton manager David Moyes needs to stick with Tyler Dibling, Tyrique George, and Hayden Hackney.
Everton trio Hayden Hackney, Tyler Dibling, and Tyrique George all started against Newcastle in the Carabao Cup on Thursday, something many fans have been calling for.
We've asked David Moyes to start taking more risks with his team selection, but also the mentality of the side, and we saw that against the Magpies.
George has been more of a regular starter than the others, but it's rare to see him start if Jack Grealish is available. Grealish has now missed the last two games, unavailable for Newcastle due to a disciplinary issue, giving George more of an extended run in the team.
Hackney has started just one Premier League game this season, but he's been given more opportunities in the Carabao Cup.
Dibling is yet to start in the league, but has impressed in cameos and in the cup.
The question is, are we going to be seeing more of these three going forward.

Everton 3-1 Newcastle: Player Ratings As 5 Players Receive 8's
Tyrique George and Tyler Dibling
I've paired these together as they are in very similar situations.
When everyone is fit and available, Dibling and George are competing with more experience players in their position. Dibling with Brennan Johnson, and George with Grealish.
They are two young wingers, and with that comes in experience and inconsistency. Against Newcastle, I don't think either Dibling or George really set the world alight, but as mentioned, that's not expected to happen every single game.
What we do know is these two lads have really high potential. They are only going to get better, while it's more difficult to see Johnson and Grealish improving.
Grealish isn't our player, while we effectively got Johnson for free. The priority if we want to build as a club and go to the next level long term, should be Dibling and George.
After the recent news on Grealish, it's time to show some real faith in George. What kind of message does it send if Grealish comes straight back into the team in the near future?
Johnson is different, as he doesn't appear to be a bad egg or someone with any kind of ill-discipline. But, he simply hasn't performed this season and is unlikely to improve too much.
Watching Dibling and George against Newcastle based on their individual performances doesn't make them undroppable, but we beat Premier League opposition with them in the side, scoring three goals.
That's with the two of them not hitting the levels they are capable of. Starting these two isn't the risk it's made out to be. Our attack actually functioned well against Newcastle, and the duo are only going to go another level.
There has to be an expectation, though, that they aren't going to set the world alight every week. It's fine for them to be inconsistent, but they are getting valuable game time that will benefit the club in the long term.
With the Grealish uncertainties and Johnson's struggles, we should be starting both as much as possible.
Hayden Hackney
Hackney was an obvious winner from the game against Newcastle, despite Moyes being a little bit cautious about praising him too much.
Hackney contributed with a goal and an assist, and was generally a threat in the final third all night. Like Dibling and George, there are going to be some negative with playing Hackney.
Once again, it's a player who is going to be inconsistent, but when he's on it, he impacts Everton in a positive manner. There are obvious concerns about Everton's midfield shape out of possession when Hackney plays, but Moyes helped manage that against Newcastle with Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall playing a little deeper.
In reality, Everton's midfield hasn't looked good out of possession regardless of who has been playing, so playing Hackney isn't going to have enough of a negative impact where it's not worth doing.
These players are the future of Everton, but they should also be the present.
