Fabian Hurzeler says he is desperate for his players to get the rewards they deserve.
And a first ever win at Manchester City would be a great way for that to happen.
Albion take on the leaders at the Etihad today (3pm), three days after suffering a cruel exit in the Carabao Cup.
Hurzeler also felt they deserved more at Anfield last Sunday, when they went down 2-0 to Liverpool.
Albion have stayed in Manchester since the cup tie, resting and regrouping on Thursday and then back in training on Friday before their return to the Etihad.
There will be no change to the high-intensity style which has brought them this far.
The Seagulls head coach told The Argus: “No matter to which stadium we go, I have to believe in my players, in our approach, in our principles that, with this approach, we can be successful.
“We proved it now regarding the performances. At Liverpool, we proved it.
“Again on Wednesday, and now it's about getting the results from these performances.
“I'm desperate that my players get the rewards for all the effort that they put in because, in the end, we also know results create a mood.
“Results create confidence, results create this belief.
“So it's not only about performance, but the only thing we can control is performances.
“But, in the end, we need the results. We want to get the achievements at the end of the season and that's what we're trying to go for on Saturday.”
Albion scored their first goal in the Carabao Cup tie by winning the ball back high up against a City side who had looked confident and precise in playing out from the back.
There will be no let-up from Hurzeler's men today.
He said: “That’s always our approach. We press high and also, on Saturday. I won't be giving too much away if I say we go again and try to be intense.
“That's our approach, that's our style of play.
Albion are likely to make changes to their XI with Bart Verbruggen, Maxim De Cuyper, Charalampos Kostoulas and Lewis Dunk among those expected to return to the XI.
