The youngster made his Arsenal senior debut in midweek as he started against Fleetwood Town in the Carabao Cup.
O’Neill will now be hoping for his first Premier League callup, although it remains to be seen if he will part of the matchday squad or instead chosen as the extra man.
The 18-year-old Northern Ireland international has frequently impressed for Arsenal at youth level and can play as a winger on either flank, as a midfielder or a striker.
