‘Almost as good as Ronaldo’ – Barcelona fans take aim at ‘diver’ Kylian Mbappé during Racing…

Supporters of La Liga champions Barcelona have taken to social media in numbers on Sunday, to make known their frustrations with the officiating in arch rivals Real Madrid’s meeting with Racing Santander.

José Mourinho’s troops are currently locked in La Liga action, in a meeting with Racing at the Estadio El Sardinero. As things stand, Real Madrid boast a dominant advantage, leading their hosts by three goals to nil.

The scoring was set in motion by Kylian Mbappé, who slotted home from the penalty spot inside the opening quarter of an hour.

As alluded to above, though, adamant that a spot-kick should not have been awarded in the first place are those of a Barcelona persuasion.

Mbappé was responsible for winning his side’s penalty in Santander, following a coming together in the hosts’ box.

The contact, though, was minimal, with the Barca faithful having, in turn, since flooded to social media, to label Real Madrid’s star goalscorer ‘a diver’:

Mbappe is a top tier diver though, almost as good as Ronaldo
