Ejby and Seikoo depart Man City Esports
Rocket League duo Ejby and Seikoo have left Man City Esports following the completion of their contracts.
William ‘Ejby’ Lorentzen was part of the organisation’s first-ever Rocket League roster, which was announced in December 2025, helping launch Man City Esports into a new franchise.
Three months later, former World Champion Enzo ‘Seikoo’ Grondein replaced the departed TempoH to complete our trio alongside Aston ‘Accro’ Smith.
The trio took centre stage at the 2026 RLCS Paris Major Opens 4, 5 and 6 and instantly looked to gel.
Ejby and Seikoo were pivotal as we secured a fifth-place ranking in Europe, courtesy of back-to-back top four finishes in Open 4 and 5, and as a result, qualified for the Club’s first-ever RLCS Major.
In May the team travelled to Paris, taking on some of Rocket League’s most experienced and prolific teams.
And it was a tournament to remember as our boys in blue topped our group, beat the RLCS World Champions 3-0 and finished in the top six.
That success saw Ejby and Seikoo represent City for what would be the final time at the 2026 RLCS World Championship in which we placed in the top 12 to complete the season
It meant for City’s first campaign in Rocket League, Ejby and Seikoo helped set the standard and firmly plant our name amongst the franchise’s biggest names in Europe.
Everyone at City would like to wish Seikoo and Ejby the very best of luck in their next career steps.
