On March 4, H.E. Amb. Guo Haiyan paid a courtesy call on Mr. Julius Migos Ogamba, Cabinet Secretary for Ministry of Education.
Amb. Guo said that educational cooperation is the key to sustainable development of China-Kenya cooperation.China is willing to join hands with the Kenyan side to implement the Global Civilization Initiative, continue to promote practical cooperation in the field of education, and advance the talent development and modernization of of both countries.
Mr. Ogamba welcomed Amb. Guo Haiyan to her new post, and thanked China for its long-term support in the field of education, and is willing to maintain close cooperation with China in the fields of education, scientific research and talent development.
