Amber Whiteley on Crystal Palace win, 100 up for Holland and Arsenal cup tie

We travel to face Arsenal in the quarter-finals of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup on Sunday (kick-off 2.30pm GMT at Meadow Park).

We’ll go there prepared, that’s for sure. We know it will be difficult but we will be ready and we will certainly give it a good go. We want to be on the front foot and aggressive in the moments we can be and also be difficult to break down.

I feel taking our chances could be crucial on the day. At Crystal Palace, if I could be critical of anything, I don’t think we took our chances in open play well enough and I thought we could have killed the game off in the first half.

When you don’t do that, the opposition are always going to come back and have a good go at you. There will be fewer opportunities on Sunday potentially, therefore we need to make those chances count when we do get them.

Finally, I would like to pay a special tribute to the staff who have helped me so much.

Honestly, I could not have done it without the staff. They have all been absolutely brilliant. We have all worked pretty much around the clock to get the work pulled together which we delivered to the players on Friday.

The way that all the staff have pulled together has been absolutely brilliant and I would not have been able to do it without them, so huge thanks to all the staff.

We’ve got a brilliant group, good people and really talented people as well.

Thank you for your continued support as always.

YNWA,

**Amber**
