Chelsea meet FC Copenhagen in the first leg of their Conference League last-16 tie tonight.
The Blues made easy work of the revamped league phase, winning all six matches to top the standings and avoid a two-legged play-off tie in the process.
Enzo Maresca’s side remain heavy favourites to win the whole competition and they will arrive in Denmark on the back of a much-needed 4-0 win over Southampton in the Premier League last time out.
However, the Blues have struggled notably on the road of late, losing their last four away matches in a row across all competition with their last success outside of London coming against Astana back in December.
Copenhagen, meanwhile, lost at home to Heidenheim in the first leg of their knockout play-off tie but produced an impressive comeback in the return fixture to progress after extra time and set up a clash against Chelsea.
Date, kick-off time and venue
FC Copenhagen vs Chelsea is scheduled for a 5.45pm GMT kick-off today on Thursday March 6, 2025.
The match will take place at the Parken Stadium in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Maresca has used the Conference League this season to rotate his Chelsea squad and is likely to do so once again even with a host of absentees, though a few of that European XI left the club in January.
Wesley Fofana is fit again but not in the Conference League squad, though Cole Palmer is now eligible to play in the competition along with Trevoh Chalobah and new signing Mathis Amougou.
Benoit Badiashile is back fit, but Chelsea remain without the likes of Romeo Lavia, Nicolas Jackson, Noni Madueke, Marc Guiu and Mykhailo Mudryk.

Copenhagen vs Chelsea prediction
Chelsea are expected to get through the tie, but this first leg looks a tricky fixture to navigate because of their away form. Copenhagen beat Manchester United at home in the Champions League last season, so they can’t be taken lightly.
The Danes are a step up in quality compared to what the Blues have faced so far in the competition and a rotated side could very well come unstuck, especially away from home.
Copenhagen to win, 2-1.
