Aston Villa, Tottenham and Leeds United have all shown an interest in Viktoria Pilsen midfielder Pavel Šulc but are yet to make any offers for him.
That’s according to Efotbal.cz, who over the 24-year-old today and the potential interest in him from England.
They explain that Šulc is being watched by teams from the top leagues in Europe thanks to his performances this season, with teams from the Premier League and Bundesliga circling around him.
No specific offer has arrived as yet but Šulc is very much waiting for his ‘big transfer’ and several sides are monitoring him.
Aston Villa and Tottenham have already ‘enquired’ about a potential transfer, while Manchester City have also sent scouts. His performance have also ‘caught the attention’ of scouts at Leeds United. They decided not to enter into negotiations for the time being.
This summer could be the ideal time to do so, though, as Šulc will be entering the final year of his contract with Viktoria Pilsen. They’d consider it a ‘real risk’ to not sell this summer rather than losing him on a free next year.
It is also ‘hardly conceivable’ that the Czech club would allow the situation to go that far. Thus, everyone is expecting interesting things to happen around Šulc this summer.
Whether Aston Villa, Tottenham or Leeds make a move remains to be seen but they’ve certainly watched the 24-year-old already.
