There are still months to go until the summer transfer window opens, but Wolves are already being linked to new players.
It has been a tough season for Wolves, who are still touch-and-go to stay in the Premier League.
The gap is currently five points, but Wolves have now lost Matheus Cunha for at least the next three games.
Hopefully, Wolves will be able to survive, and then use the summer to refresh things.
Seemingly, Wolves will again be in the market for a defender in the next window. Wolves were linked with Victor Lindelof earlier today.
Now, Wolves are being linked with a previous target from Serie A.

According to Rudy Galetti writing for TEAMtalk, Wolves are interested in Genoa defender Koni De Winter.
De Winter has been linked with Wolves a couple of times before, perhaps suggesting that the club might finally move this summer.
MORE WOLVES STORIES
Wolves did add two new defenders in January – Emmanuel Agbadou and Nasser Djiga.
But Craig Dawson will leave Wolves in the summer, and it might take Yerson Mosquera a while to get up to speed after his serious knee injury.
De Winter is said to be a ‘key defensive target’ for Wolves heading into the summer.
And there is also a suggestion of an asking price. Apparently, Genoa would be looking for a fee in the region of £21 million.
The Italian club are open to selling the Belgium international this summer.
De Winter, 22, has really been making a name for himself in recent times. He is especially good in the air, winning 71.6% of his aerial battles this season. For context, Wolves defender Emmanuel Agbadou, who is a very similar height, has a percentage of 63.6%
Wolves face hurdle to sign De Winter
Obviously, Wolves would need to be a Premier League club to sign a player like De Winter, who has high potential. So staying up is paramount.
But one other potential barrier to Wolves landing De Winter comes in the form of interest from Inter Milan.
TEAMtalk say that Inter have a ‘strong interest’ in the player, and actually did send scouts to watch De Winter during Genoa’s match against Empoli recently.
De Winter is said to be open to making a move to Serie A or the Premier League.
