MINNEAPOLIS (KVRR) — A Mahnomen, Minnesota man has been indicted for illegal possession of firearms.
Acting Minnesota U.S. Attorney Lisa Kirkpatrick says 23-year-old Adam Webster was found in possession of a Remington rifle and 12 gauge shotgun in July 2023.
Since Webster has a prior felony conviction in Mahnomen County for third degree assault, he is prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition at any time.
He is indicted on one count of illegal possession of firearms.
Webster has made his initial appearance in U.S. District Court in North Dakota.
