NBA Legend’s LeBron James Message Resurfaces After Historic Game

LeBron James has spent his career defying expectations and rewriting NBA history, and his latest milestone is yet another testament to his greatness. On Tuesday night, James became the first player in league history to surpass 50,000 combined career points in the Lakers' dominant win over the New Orleans Pelicans.

Following his historic achievement, the basketball world erupted in praise, with fans and analysts flooding social media to celebrate the four-time MVP. As for James, he has gotten right back to work ahead of Thursday's game against the New York Knicks.

Sharing a photo of James in the weight room ahead of Thursday's contest against the Knicks, the Lakers post a four-word message.

"Weight room with LeBron," the team wrote on X.

Still in elite physical form in year 22, James remains one of the league's top players, averaging 24.9 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 8.5 assists while shooting an impressive 51.9% from the field. James has also been the driving force behind the Lakers' success this season, leading them to a 39-21 record, including a current seven-game winning streak.

James' next milestone could come as soon as Thursday night when the Lakers face the New York Knicks. A victory would see him surpass Tim Duncan for third place on the NBA's all-time regular-season wins list, further solidifying his place among the game's greatest legends.

Alongside his new co-star, Luka Doncic, James looks revitalized. That said, as the Lakers showed on Thursday, the NBA's all-time leading scorer puts in the work off the court.
