The Chicago Bulls were on the road on Thursday night to take on the slumping Orlando Magic.
Entering the game, the Magic had lost four consecutive games, and they are now on a five-game losing streak thanks to the Bulls' 125-123 victory behind a monster performance from Coby White.
White led the way for Chicago, scoring a career-high 44 points on 16-28 shooting from the field and 7-15 from three-point range. This was a massive showing for White and one that the Bulls desperately needed as they are barely holding onto the final Play-In spot in the Eastern Conference.
With White recording the best game of his career, his former Bulls' teammate and current Sacramento Kings star Zach LaVine sent a three-word message about him after his performance.
"Coby mf White," LaVine posted on X about White's incredible performance on Thursday night.

Of course, White and LaVine spent five and a half seasons together in Chicago before the Bulls traded LaVine to the Kings at the trade deadline in the same deal that saw De'Aaron Fox head to the San Antonio Spurs.
It is nice to see LaVine pumped up about his former teammate's career-best night, and White likely also appreciates the support from LaVine.
This season has been a solid one for White thus far as he has turned himself into one of the Bulls' best players during their rebuild.
In 55 games, the 25-year-old guard is averaging 18.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 1.0 steals per game while shooting 43.0% from the field and 36.4% from three-point range.
White has turned into a key player for the Bulls with LaVine now in Sacramento, and he has shown that he is going to be a key player for Chicago in the future with them still amid a rebuild.
