A petition to change the venue for Liverpool Premier League trophy parade has begun by one of the fans of the club.
Liverpool are 13 points clear of Arsenal in the Premier League title race this term, and it appears to be only a matter of time before they lift the English Premier League title in Arne Slot’s debut season.
Bearing this in mind, plans have commenced regarding the routine open-topped bus parade through the city in celebration. The Reds look set to claim their first league triumph since the 2019-20 season.

Petition to change trophy parade venue commenced
A supporter of Liverpool Football Club has begun a petition to move the club’s prospective trophy parade to London, instead of taking place on Merseyside.
The gap at the top of the league standings appears insurmountable, and the Reds have their sights set on the Premier League trophy. Following the last league success in 2020, the club could not hold the traditional open-topped bus parade due to the lockdown then.
As per theMirror, the fan who is identified as ‘King Koppite’ started the petition on the Chnage website, so the parade can hold in the capital city instead of the club’s hometown.
The statement regarding the change, stated, “I, like many other loyal Liverpool FC fans, live in London, far from our team’s home city in the North.
What we propose is not a dismissal of Liverpool’s local heritage, but a recognition of the club’s national, global reach. Moving the title parade to London would be a more pragmatic approach.”
According to statistics, London boasts the highest number of football fans in all of England. Some Liverpool fans might suspect that the petition, which was launched a few days ago, is the work of a cheeky Everton supporter.
